1. Orders and Acceptance of Orders

When you place an order on TheGiftLove.com, it's considered a purchase request and will be subject to acceptance. Confirmation emails or SMS notifications do not guarantee order acceptance. We may require additional information or verification before processing the order.

Payment options include Visa, MasterCard, Debit Card, Digital Wallets, Internet Banking, and UPI through our secure payment gateway, Razorpay.

2. Order Modification and Cancellation Policy

Once orders are processed, they cannot be modified or canceled. In rare circumstances, if a modification or cancellation is necessary, please contact us with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Additional fees may apply for cancellations.

3. Protection from Scams

We communicate only through our official email: support@thegiftlove.com. Be cautious of scams and impersonators. We do not ask for transactions or downloads outside our official channels.

4. Substitution Policy

Due to seasonal and regional availability, some flowers and gifts may be substituted with equal or higher value items. We will notify you of any significant changes.

5. Shipping and Delivery Policy

Delivery timelines depend on product availability and shipping location. Flowers may be delivered at different bloom stages. If there are any delays, we will notify you promptly.

6. Payment Gateway

We use Razorpay as our secure payment gateway. Any payment-related issues will be investigated in coordination with Razorpay. Refunds will not exceed the transaction amount paid by the customer. Additional charges or issues arising from payment gateway services are not our responsibility.
