We deliver cakes and flowers within 2 to 3 hours. Other products are delivered within 2 to 3 days.

At TheGiftLove, we strive to deliver fresh flowers that may arrive in bud stage, semi-bloomed, or fully bloomed, depending on current availability and conditions.

For same-day standard delivery, customers must ensure availability during specified time frames. We also offer fixed-time or midnight delivery options, each with its own time constraints.

The estimated delivery time varies based on product availability and the shipping address provided by the customer.

Delivery may experience delays due to:

• Inclement weather
• Political disruptions
• Other unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, we will promptly communicate any changes via SMS or email to keep you informed.

Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to cancel orders under various circumstances, including limited stock availability, product errors, or pricing discrepancies.

Customers can request order modifications or cancellations by contacting our support team during operational hours.

If the order is still in processing mode, modifications or cancellations may be accommodated. However, confirmed orders may incur cancellation charges.

We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations.

To cancel an order, please email us from your registered email address at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Please note that cancellation fees may apply.
