At TheGiftLove, we are committed to ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us at support@thegiftlove.com, and we will do our best to resolve them promptly.

Damaged/Defective Product

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt by emailing images/order details to support@thegiftlove.com.

We will promptly replace the product or provide a refund. You can choose to receive the refund instantly in your TheGiftLove Wallet or via bank transfer within 7-10 days.

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel orders under unforeseen circumstances. Once orders are in the processing stage, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

If needed, contact us at support@thegiftlove.com for assistance. Cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled delivery date. Please note that a cancellation fee may apply for confirmed orders.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer, Refund to Card, or TheGiftLove Wallet, initiated within 7-10 working days. Refunds are processed only to the original payment method used.

Product Discrepancy

If you receive a product that does not match the description on our website, inform us within 48 hours of receipt with images/order details sent to support@thegiftlove.com.

Returns

For damaged, incorrect, or defective products, we will arrange return shipping. Returns and refunds for personalized orders are limited to cases of damage or defect.

Shipping charges for other returns or exchanges, if possible, are the customer's responsibility.
